Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an exciting and ambitious resort in Bridport (West Dorset) who are looking for a Nights Duty Manager to join their growing management team.

Customers will be able to spend their time unwinding in their own way whether that be Yoga, a Vineyard tour or simply a remote walk in the wilderness.

What's involved?
As a Nights Duty Manager, you will work 3 to 4 night shifts per week, ensuring the very best guest service is delivered overnight, as well as safety and security of the site. Your role will include:

Lead and manage the guest relations team to deliver exceptional service to all guests
Manage guest check ins and check out, including payments and billing
Be on hand to deal with Health & Safety/Fire Safety procedures in the absence of the senior management team
Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team and other Heads of Departments to ensure operational success
