Duties路 Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.路 Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters respect.路 Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and observations.路 Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.路 Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.路 Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.路 Manage classroom behaviour using effective strategies to maintain an orderly learning environment.
Qualifications路 A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.路 Previous experience in teaching at the primary level is preferred but not mandatory.路 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.路 Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and classroom management.路 A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their academic growth.路 Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
