In this role, you won’t just manage numbers—you’ll be a key player in shaping the success of our accounts team, taking on significant responsibilities such as:

  • Planning and overseeing workloads for the accounts team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Meeting monthly targets and deadlines to maintain our high standards of efficiency.
  • Preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
  • Collaborating with management to finalize accounts and present findings.
  • Mentoring and training junior staff, passing on your expertise to help them grow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 4 years of practice experience.
  • Experience with Iris software is a plus, but not essential—we’re happy to train you if needed!
  • A team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
