Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for aFinance Assistantfor our established manufacturing client in the Brierley Hill area.
Duties:
- Record all banking activity
- Allocate all customer receipts
- Process and record all approved payments
- Responsible for recording of any missing transactions and restating reported balances per corporate rules
- Accrue missing expenses and make any other adjustments to ensure accuracy of management accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Process Travel & Expense claims
- Work collaboratively with the Finance Team to ensure key deadlines are met
Responsibilities:
- Perform role in accordance with all relevant quality standards and adhere to all relevant processes
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements.
- Ensure general housekeeping requirements are adhered to.
Candidates will need to be highly organised and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is required and a relevant qualification is preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
This is a full time, permanent position - Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
