You will be
- Speaking to new and exciting customers
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Finding the right insurance policy for small to medium businesses
- Utilising a range of systems while working in a dynamic team
The right candidate will have confidence and experience working in call centre sales. Insurance experience is not necessarily needed as our client will provide full training from product range to phone system.
No qualifications are essential, our client is just keeping an eye out for someone who is great working in a team, excited and willing to learn and is passionate for customer care.
