This role offers clear career progression and further opportunities within the department.Key Responsibilities• Conduct surveying and invoicing tasks (in-house training provided)• Assist with estimating responsibilities and project pricing• Order and manage materials for projects• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email• Log and track incoming project enquiries• Support the estimating team with administrative duties• General administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operationsExperience & Skills Required• Experience in the construction industry is required, preferably within flat roofing or arelated sector.• At least 2-3 years of experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or a similar role.• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and project costing.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to liaise withclients, suppliers, and internal teams.What’s on OfferThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-respected roofing business with a strong industry presence.
