Brake Press Setter Night Shift
Location:West Bromwich
Working Hours:39 hours per week
Shift Schedule:Sunday - Wednesday, 10 PM - 6 AM
Hourly Pay Rate:£11.44 - £12.00 (depending on experience)
Shift Allowance:25%

What Youll Do:
- Set and Operate Press Brakes and Ancillary Equipment:Ensure parts are produced at the correct rate and report any issues.
- Quality Assurance:Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced.
- Record Keeping:Maintain up-to-date production and quality-related records.
- 5S Maintenance:Ensure good levels of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) are maintained in the area.
- Continuous Improvement:Participate in continuous improvement processes, driving improvements in all aspects of the role.
- Health & Safety:Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
- Additional Duties:Perform other duties as assigned.
