**What You Will Do:**

- Lead the planning, execution, and finalisation of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

-  Providing a complete turnkey solution from design, and construction, to delivery of a project.

- Coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external contractors, fostering a collaborative environment to meet project objectives.

- Monitor project progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

- Manage a dedicated team, inspiring and guiding them towards project and personal success.

- Oversee project budgets and resources, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently.

- Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring all projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**What You Will Bring:**

- Ideally degree qualified, in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; or certifications in PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

- A minimum of 4/5 years of experience within the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and directing a team towards achieving excellence.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools, coupled with an in-depth understanding of construction processes and materials.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle pressure.
