The role

We are currently recruiting a customer service administrator for one of our well-established and highly trusted clients in the Brierley Hill area. As a customer service administrator, you will be faced with a variety of responsibilities such as arranging appointments for a nationwide team of technicians, collaborating with internal teams and much more!

 Your main duties (not limited to):

Full training will be provided to ensure you can…

- Assess customer issues and order parts.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • GCSE Math’s and English preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems.
