- Responsibility for day-to-day customer communication by phone, email and customer portal.
- Maintaining customer schedules within our MRPÂ to ensure our OTD target scores of 97% and above is maintained.
- Maintaining customer portals, manage shipping dates and dispute points loss with the customer.
- Liaising with production planning to prioritise customer requirements and provide a feedback loop to the customer.
- Manual loading of customer schedules and also schedules not received via EDI correctly.
- Daily generations of pick lists for shipments for customers.
- Work with IT department to resolve EDI/ASN issues.
- Advance computer skills in Microsoft Office particularly excel
- Use of integrated MRP /ERP system (Advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills across all levels both verbal and written
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environmental
- Proven experiences of working in a busy customer services department
- Previous automotive experience is essential
