Job Title:Panel Wirer

Position Overview:
The Panel Wirer will be responsible for performing all wiring work on machines and electrical panels. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and components, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

The Panel Wirer will work closely with Assemblers and Project Managers, ensuring that all electrical systems are correctly installed and maintained. The ideal candidate will embody the company's core values, such as engineering excellence, quality craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to both teamwork and responsible resource management.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
1. Collaborate with Assemblers and Project Managers during the examination of machines.
2. Perform wiring of machines and electrical panels.
3. Maintain inventory by ordering floor stock and tracking parts used in electrical assembly.
4. Plan and layout electrical systems on machines.
5. Demonstrate company cultural values in the execution of work.
6. Encourage and promote cultural values and behaviors in others.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required Skills and Competencies:
1. Ability to read and interpret assembly blueprints.
2. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
3. Comprehensive understanding of electrical components and their applications.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
