Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

About the Role
Our client, a well-established organisation in their sector, is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support their Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on the planning and execution of a variety of events - from exhibitions and conferences to webinars, roadshows, and product launches. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a visible impact in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Maintain and manage a 12-month events calendar
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define event goals and scopes
Coordinate all aspects of event delivery - logistics, budgeting, vendor liaison, stand design, travel, and on-site presence
Develop and deliver event-specific marketing assets: invites, signage, adverts, artwork, etc.
Ensure effective lead capture and post-event follow-up
Produce comprehensive post-event reports with key metrics and insights
Marketing & Communications
Write and develop marketing content: brochures, emails, social posts, and web content
Coordinate the delivery of internal and external newsletters
Support the development and execution of social media strategies to increase reach and engagement
General Marketing Admin
Oversee ordering and stock control of promotional items and print materials
Manage marketing invoices and event-related expenditure
Ensure all marketing collateral is up to date and readily available
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
2+ years’ experience in a similar events/marketing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and initiative
Desirable:
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Familiarity with project management tools
A creative flair with an eye for design and brand consistency
Degree in Marketing or related discipline
