We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced sales administrator to join a well-established family feel business. Our client is looking for a well-organized person with excellent communication skills who will help support the sales department!

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing a high volume of product orders.
  • Producing works orders.
  • Producing guarantee and product description labels.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Checking prices and product codes against orders.
  • Reporting weekly sales input to management.
  • Supporting sales with general operations to help reach the company’s objectives.
  • Taking phone calls from customers and dealing with enquiries.
  • Producing quotations.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
  • Managing and organising samples for customers.
  • Keeping filing up to date.
  •  

Key skills and experience:

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Word / Excel and SAGE.
  • An administrative or sales background.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be flexible, work well under pressure and have an eye for detail.
