I am working with one of the top firms in the West Midlands that are looking to add a senior associate to their highly regarded dispute resolution team. My client are looking for an experienced commercial litigator to take on a caseload of high-value complex matters alongside directors and partners.A willingness to engage in business development and networking opportunities, as well as a desire to aid in the supervision and development of more junior employees is essential. This role comes with a clear pathway to stepping into a formal leadership position in the future, and so the successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to play a key role in the wider departments growth.The successful candidate can expect to handle a caseload consisting of: 
  • Corporate disputes
  • Shareholder and contract disputes
  • Insolvency and restructuring
  • Debt recovery
  • Professional Negligence
