My client are looking for an experienced commercial litigator to take on a caseload of high-value complex matters alongside directors and partners.A willingness to engage in business development and networking opportunities, as well as a desire to aid in the supervision and development of more junior employees is essential. This role comes with a clear pathway to stepping into a formal leadership position in the future, and so the successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to play a key role in the wider departments growth.The successful candidate can expect to handle a caseload consisting of:

Corporate disputes
Shareholder and contract disputes
Insolvency and restructuring
Debt recovery
Professional Negligence
