We are recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants (TAs) to work in complex-needs schools across Wolverhampton, Dudley, and Walsall. If you have experience supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and hold a current
DBS adult workforce check, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with complex needs.
  • Assist with classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students' personal and academic development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored educational plans.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within SEND settings.
  • A valid DBS check with the adult workforce section.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time as required.
