Procurement Systems Assistant
Millennium Hotels UK is looking for a Procurement Systems Assistant who will provide system and project support to the central procurement office. As part of the central procurement team, we are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a flair for influencing and negotiating with suppliers. This is a great opportunity for someone to join our growing team and make a real investment in their career.
This is an on site role.

Key responsibilities are:
- New Supplier due diligence checks to ensure they meet M&C requirements
- Adding new products & suppliers to Check system
- Completing price updates on the system
- Ad-hoc reports preparation as requested by the rest of Procurement Team
- Replying to email queries raised by hotels
- Running minor projects for North UK hotels as assigned by Procurement Director
What are we looking for:
- Experience in hospitality sector.
- Ideally any experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role.
- Experience in procurement projects good to have but not critical
- Proficient in MS Office package.
- Strong time management, organisation and office skills.
- Self starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as lone working.
