NJR Recruitment are partnered with a well-established firm of independent financial advisers who have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team. This client is known for their excellent reputation based on integrity and commitment to providing superior service to their clients. The Mortgage administrator will ensure smooth running of the office and provide administrative support and manage various tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Use of the back office systems by way of accurate record keeping, client file updating, and scanning to relevant client file
  • Ensure all mortgage submissions are compliant and in line with company guidelines
  • Contacting Customers for any outstanding documents and Invoices
  • Chasing Solicitors and Lenders for progress updates
  • Monitoring fees to ensure the adviser has been paid accordingly
  • IFA point of contact for all queries relating to the case both pre and post submissionistrative support to team members as needed.

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial services is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ideally 1 years’ experience in Mortgage administration.
