As a Dispute Resolution Associate, you will be part of a team that embodies these core values, providing strategic and results-focused advice to a wide range of clients, from high net worth individuals to global large corporates. You will handle a variety of disputes, including commercial contract disputes, restrictive covenant claims, IT contract disputes, shareholder disputes, defamation claims, and more.
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 DOE
Location:Â Midlands based (Hybrid Working)
Monday to Friday - Full-time, permanent
The Role:
- Manage a broad caseload of commercial litigation cases and assist Partners with complex, high-value disputes
- Provide clear, strategic advice to clients in line with legal principles and their personal/commercial objectives
- Draft thorough documentation required in the litigation process
- Liaise and build rapport with clients, counsel, and experts
- Handle Court and arbitration proceedings as necessary
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations, including mediations
- Ensure all matters are conducted diligently, efficiently, and with excellent financial hygiene
- Contribute to the development of junior team members through active supervision and collaborative working
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and maintain up-to-date knowledge of substantive law and procedure
