- Health, Safety, and Environment: Maintain a safe and organised workplace using 5S activities and risk assessments to minimise accidents and near misses.
- Operational Excellence: Maximise capacity and output by effectively utilising plant, machinery, and equipment; conduct daily checks to ensure quality, safety, and productivity; and drive cost reductions in scrap, efficiency, and OEE through continuous improvement.
- Leadership and Engagement: Be an influential manager, lead improvement activities using A3, QOS, and kaizen, and involve employees in change initiatives to enhance engagement and empowerment.
- Performance and Compliance: Achieve production output targets in line with budget expectations, ensure adherence to Standard Work, support customer needs, and escalate unresolved issues during daily tier meetings.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
