We are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Dudley. The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, your key responsibility will be to deliver engaging, creative lessons across Key Stages 1 or 2, fostering a positive learning environment for all pupils. You will be a key figure in the classroom, supporting each child's academic, emotional, and social development, while ensuring lessons are aligned with the national curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to varying abilities
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress
- Contribute to school initiatives and extracurricular activities
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or 2
- In-depth knowledge of the national curriculum
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to inspire, engage, and challenge pupils of all abilities
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Passion for teaching and commitment to pupil development
