Are you a Service Coordinator looking for a new challenge?

We are recruiting for a successful construction company who are looking to appoint a confident, service coordinator in the Brierley Hill area

Main purpose of the role is to book appointments for surveyors and operators across the Uk and complete relevant paperwork and quotes.

Duties are also to include:

  • Working with operators and surveyors to book in surveys and works across the Uk
  • Dealing with private enquiries and insurance works by phone and email
  • Raising quotes and job sheets
  • Working on an internal database - keeping up to date through the day
  • Diary management
  • Booking accommodation and travel
  • Fleet management
  • Booking and organising training when needed
  • Manage and control all works on excel spreadsheets
  • Managing service level agreements

The right candidate would ideally

  • Have experience working in service or planning/scheduling
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Task driven and be able to prioritise work loads
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative
  • Be a strong team planner, helping in all areas when required

Immediate start for the right person

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 4/5pm

Permanent contract

Salary £26-£29,000 depending upon experience
