What is the job role?

 

  • 360 recruitment consultant, running a permanent recruitment desk.
  • Working to achieve set KPI’s and business development targets.
  • Making outbound business development calls and winning new business.
  • Negotiating terms of business and fees with clients.
  • Attending site visits with clients and review meetings where necessary.
  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients and offering the highest levels of service.
  • Advertising vacancies across a network of jobs boards / social media sites.
  • Managing advert responses and selecting candidates that are suitable for the role.
  • Conducting telephone and face to face interviews with candidates.
  • Attending a variety of events, including networking events.
  • Representing MET Recruitment professionally at all times.
  • Taking care of a variety of administration duties as necessary.
