We are recruiting Product Specialist to join our Commercial team. The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting and managing a portfolio of products, introducing them to market acting as the specialist and ensuring that the product meets user needs.
As the Product Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Management of the product lifecycle from product launch to discontinuation.
- Market Research & analysing industry trends
- Developing marketing proposals for new products i.e. brochure, social media, plans etc.
- Documenting the product development process
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the product knowledge
- Attending customer visits
- Attending product launch events and exhibitions
- Setting product and spares market pricing
- Delivering product sales and technical training for new products to both internal and external customers
- Creation of sales support tools
Requirements:
- Product Sales experience
- Sales/Marketing background
- Experience of product launches/involvement in the launch of products
- Excellent communication skills
