In this role, youll play a key part in maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Youll have the freedom to manage your accounts, travel across the UK for face-to-face meetings, and work within an industry that offers exciting challenges and long-term career prospects.
What Youll Be Doing:- Building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identifying sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling tailored solutions.
- Working closely with the sales team to drive growth and expand our reach.
- Managing client interactions and performance tracking using Salesforce.
- Delivering top-tier customer service by resolving issues and providing expert guidance.
- Preparing reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Travelling across the UK for in-person client meetings (approx. 50% of the role).
- Experience in sales or account management (preferably in the HVAC industry).
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and drive results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to succeed.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of natural ventilation and ventilation louvres is a plus!
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 £45,000 per year.
