In this role, youll play a key part in maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Youll have the freedom to manage your accounts, travel across the UK for face-to-face meetings, and work within an industry that offers exciting challenges and long-term career prospects.

What Youll Be Doing:
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identifying sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling tailored solutions.
  • Working closely with the sales team to drive growth and expand our reach.
  • Managing client interactions and performance tracking using Salesforce.
  • Delivering top-tier customer service by resolving issues and providing expert guidance.
  • Preparing reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Travelling across the UK for in-person client meetings (approx. 50% of the role).
What Were Looking For:
  • Experience in sales or account management (preferably in the HVAC industry).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to succeed.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of natural ventilation and ventilation louvres is a plus!
