Our welcoming Catholic primary school in Brierley Hill is seeking a dedicated SENCO to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

As SENCO at our Brierley Hill school, you will play a key role in ensuring that every child with additional needs receives the support they require to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals, you will lead on SEND provision and promote inclusive learning across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SEND provision in line with the school's ethos and values.

  • Support and guide staff in delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching.

  • Develop and implement EHCPs and intervention strategies.

  • Monitor pupil progress and ensure effective use of resources.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with experience as a SENCO (NASENCO qualification preferred, or willingness to work towards it).

  • Passionate about inclusive education and supporting diverse learning needs.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Local to the Brierley Hill area.
