- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and customer specifications.
- Maintain and update regulatory compliance with current laws and standards (ISO, BRC, etc.).
- Oversee internal audits, customer visits, and maintain relevant accreditations.
- Manage the Quality Control department, leading and developing the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, process engineering) to achieve quality standards and implement process improvements.
- Lead the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and drive employee engagement in quality initiatives.
- Manage the budget for Quality initiatives, ensuring cost-effective quality control.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and implement corrective actions when required.
- Represent the leadership team and act as the key interface for all Quality-related matters across the business.
- Significant experience in a Quality or Technical Manager role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO, BRC, and regulatory standards, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices.
- HACCP Level 4 certification (
- Experience with quality and data systems (SAP, Q-pulse, SharePoint, I-auditor, etc.).
