We are currently recruiting for our client in Brigg, North Lincolnshire for an Operations Administrator for a fixed term contract of 9 months.

Our client is looking for a talented Administrator to join their team and provide essential support to our operations department, with additional responsibilities in HR administration.
As an Operations Administrator, you will work closely with our Operations Team, ensuring smooth administrative processes and efficient support.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG) and an interest in gaining exposure to HR.

Your role will involve:

  • Maintaining Time and Attendance: Record all time and attendance information using Kronos, including end-of-month reporting
  • General Administration: Filing, scanning, photocopying, and other admin tasks across manufacturing areas
  • Purchase Orders: Raising and receiving orders
  • Reception Cover: Providing reception cover (training provided)
  • Training Records: Maintaining training records and ensuring completion of sign-off sheets in Nvolve
  • Inventory Management: Checking stock and handling re-order administration
  • Support to Manufacturing Manager: Assisting with reporting and administrative needs
  • HR and Ad Hoc Tasks: Performing HR administrative tasks and any other duties to support business needs.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven administration experience in a busy environment (FMCG experience is a plus)
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude
  • Interest in HR and a desire to learn and develop in this area
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail


Salary & Hours
Pro Rata £24,500
40 hours per a week Monday to Friday
