Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working alongside an established business to recruit for a Manufacturing Administrator on a 9 month contract based in Scunthorpe/Brigg area.As a Manufacturing Administrator your main focus will be to provide admin support to the team and work with the HR team to allocate tasks.Main duties will include:

  • Recording all time and attendance information and end of month reporting using a system called Kronos
  • General administration to include filing, scanning, uploading of documents
  • Raising and receiving purchase orders
  • Helping with reception cover during seasonal peaks
  • Supporting with the work planning
  • Overseeing the training records and ensuring all documented sign off sheets are completed
  • Regularly speaking to suppliers
  • Checking accuracy and completing administration for Hygiene records
  • Overseeing the stock and ordering of stock
  • Supporting Manufacturing Manager with any administration / reporting requirements
  • HR tasks and any other ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business
