THE ROLE

Our client, a firmly established and expanding manufacturing company is lookingfor a compliance engineer to work in their technical department. who cancollaboratewith other departments - production assembly, test, quality, sales supportandexternal customers.

As the successful compliance engineer you will.....

• Engage with production departments to help resolve product or equipment faults.
• Assist external sales support queries on technical issues, engage with customers directly when required.
• Deliver solutions via research and dev', whether change of designs/assembly tooling/manufacturing methods.
• Test products to identify failures or faults.
• For bigger changes, you'll be involved in various projects and be a voice to listen to.
• Keep appropriate documentation up to date.
• Assist with customer returns and corrective actions

YOU

As the compliance engineer you'll be working alongside the production teams, testing departments and quality departments on a daily basis, so you'll enjoy being a team player and relish being asked for help and advice.

You will have a manufacturing or engineering background and be well qualified either by experience in a similar role or through education. You will have experience of quality and assembly departments and be able to juggle plates better than a Greek waiter as you will be working in a fast paced environment. And be able to write reports and communicate to all levels through various online platforms and face to face.

The right compliance engineer will receive a competitive salary, up to 49k for the all singing all dancing candidate, flexible working hours, very generous holidays - 27 days floating and 8 bank holidays !!!

This is a permanent role where you will work flexibly between7am/8.30am - 4pm/5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 1:45pm on a Friday.
