Job Purpose:
Due to a expansion our Brighouse based client are seeking a Sales Exective to join their team and drive sales growth for a product range by prospecting new business and lapsed clients.
Knowledge of Engineering or mechanical systems / processes is advantageous but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer relationships, increasing sales and profitability.
- Use technical knowledge to provide product recommendations and solutions (this can be trained)
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipelines in CRM.
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving license.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Engineering or mechanical systems / processes is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in technical or marketing roles within related industries.
Key Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand customer needs.
