Print Finisher
Location: BrighouseSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus benefitsContract: Full-time, PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Are you an experienced Print Finisher looking to join an established and growing business? Our client specialises in design branding, digital printing, bespoke signage, and a variety of other print disciplines. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a skilled Print Finisher to join their dynamic team.
Key Equipment Experience:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with:
- Guillotine
- Roland large format eco-solvent machinery
- CNC machines
- Laser machines
- Digital machines
- Booklet maker machines
- Saddle stitcher machines
- Foil machines
Experience with large format laminating and finishing is also essential, including:
- Posters
- Pull-up banners
- Hemming and eyeleting banners
- Installation of signage
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in the signage industry, particularly in a hands-on and creative role, including operating wide-format printers and cutters
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
Key Duties:
- Preparing signage and graphics, both on-site and off-site
- Cutting posters, collating duplicates, and gluing
- Assembling and installing shop fascias, including sign trays, acrylic letters, and free-standing signs
- Working on exhibition graphics and internal branding projects
- Operating and maintaining printing and finishing equipment to ensure consistent quality
- Laminating and mounting prints onto a variety of substrates such as Foamex, Dibond, and acrylics
- Ensuring finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Packing and preparing completed projects for delivery
- Assisting with vehicle graphics application when required
- Supporting the design team in troubleshooting printing or finishing challenges
