Route 1 Recruitment are currently working with a Family owned manufacturing client in theBrighouse area. Due to internal retirement our client is now looking for a part time Book Keeper (hours will increase as the business grows or a job share will be implemented).
We are looking for a strong, experienced candidatewith a consistent background in book keeping to join a friendly and settled environment.
Your key responsibilities will include, however will not be limited to:-
- Inputting on Sage.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Bank and supplier statement reconciliation.
- VAT and HMRC Submissions.
- Wages and Expenses.
- Credit Control
Requirements of the Role:-
- Minimum of 3 years experience book keeping and administration experience.
- Solid understanding of VAT regulations and related documents.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and legislations.
- It Literate.
This vacancy is part time, and offers 20 hours, however will have the potential to become full time within the next 12 months. Hours of work will be flexible, and discussed upon interview.
