Location:Brighouse, West Yorkshire - Office Based

Salary: Competitive + Bonus

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30AM - 4:00PM

Role Overview:

Millers Oils are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Industrial sector. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and applying your industry knowledge to offer tailored solutions.

Your role at a glance:

  • Prospecting & Outbound Sales: Research and develop targeted prospect lists, conduct outbound calls, and actively seek new business opportunities
  • Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive the best service and tailored product recommendations
  • Consultative Selling: Use your product and application knowledge to recommend solutions, conduct site surveys, and demonstrate cost-saving benefits to customers
  • Sales Growth & Targets: Manage your sales pipeline, track leads in the CRM, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Industry Knowledge & Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitor products, market trends, and industry developments
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with our external sales team, customer service, technical, and product management teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or internal sales
  • Strong ability to generate prospect lists and confidently cold call potential clients
  • Experience in B2B sales within industrial, lubricants, engineering, tooling, or transmission sectors (preferred)
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with CRM software, manage sales pipelines, and submit accurate forecasts & reports
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - able to engage with clients of varying technical knowledge
