Founded over 20 years ago, this manufacturer boast a turnover of over £35 million and have excellent growth plans for the coming years, looking to move towards an automated factory and expanding the team whilst doing so.This role would suit a HR Advisor with a CIPD Grade 5 qualification and relevant experience who is looking to progress their career in a varied HR Management position.

The Role:

• Upskilling staff through relevant training
• Producing policy and workplace development strategies
• Recruiting a diverse range of positions, including both white-collar and blue-collar roles
• Managing employee relations
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, fully office based

The Person:

• HR Advisor looking to move into a HR Manager role.
• CIPD Grade 5.
