Are you a HR Advisor from an engineering or manufacturing background looking to join a rapidly growing company which invests in its employees well-being and development, with funded qualifications such as CIPD Level 7 available, allowing you to reach your full potential?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to step into a HR Manager role in a manufacturing environment, where you will be met with a supportive team which will fully support your development and enable your success.

In this generalist role you will be working on a range of tasks such as producing development strategies, process and document control, recruitment, and driving the overall community engagement in this company.

Founded over 20 years ago, this manufacturer boast a turnover of over 35 million and have excellent growth plans for the coming years, looking to move towards an automated factory and expanding the team whilst doing so.
This role would suit a HR Advisor with a CIPD Grade 5 qualification and relevant experience who is looking to progress their career in a varied HR Management position.

The Role:

  • Upskilling staff through relevant training
  • Producing policy and workplace development strategies
  • Recruiting a diverse range of positions, including both white-collar and blue-collar roles
  • Managing employee relations
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, fully office based

The Person:

  • HR Advisor looking to move into a HR Manager role.
  • CIPD Grade 5.
