The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billings Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Creating new accounts on the billing platform.
- Accurately processing and managing customers’ monthly billing cycles.
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts to ensure all data is current and correct.
- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies within agreed timeframes.
- Completing daily billing reports.
About You

- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in [insert relevant software, e.g., Excel, billing platforms].
- Previous experience in a similar role (billing or finance) is advantageous.
