Temporary HR Administrator- Immediate start!

Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:00-5:00 or 7:00-4:00 with a 30-minute lunch! Please note they can be flexible with this.

Duration: ASAP

Pay: £13.00- £13.50- Paid weekly + Holidays

Location: Brighouse- Available parking!

We are proudly supporting a large supplier based in Brighouse. They are looking for a HR Administrator to support their small team. This role is initially for 4-6 weeks but could extend, there is also potential to go permanent for the right candidate and IF this is what you would like too.

If you have experience as a HR Administrator, dealt with the on-boarding of new staff and free immediately then please apply today!

Duties will include:

  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness record
  • Assisting in recruitment processes
  • Coordinating employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Producing employment contracts
  • Sending out letters
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Other adhoc admin duties

To be successful within this role you will:

  • Previous experience / Exposure to HR Admin
  • Confident communicator
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Available for an immediate start
  • IT Literate- Outlook, Excel, CRM systems
