With continued growth, an opportunity arises for a Production Supervisor to join the team, responsible for managing production activities, developing and motivating staff, and taking an active role in continuous improvement projects.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor or similar with a background in manufacturing, looking for a varied role within a leading manufacturer with great development opportunities.

The Role:

Line manage a production team for the efficient and safe manufacture of oil and gas products, including the organisation and motivation of your team, allocating training where necessary
Complete back office administration, such as return to work
Ensure a high level of quality throughout the production process
Support continuous improvement
Ensure prompt reporting and investigation of all accidents, near misses and breaches of rules

The Person:

Experience managing a Production line or similar
Ability to use a conventional lathe and mill
