Quantity Surveyor - Housing (FTC)

Quantity Surveyor - a social housing developer is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business on a 6-to-12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale housing development for one of the largest construction groups in the U.K.

The development consists of 267 social houses for shared ownership, affordable rent, rent to buy and market sale and completes in June 2025.

Our client is one of the UKs leading construction groups, a multidisciplinary main contractor delivering works across the residential, student accommodation and new build housing sector.

In this role you will overseeing procurement of the finishing trades, manage the sub-contractors, feed into the CVR process, liaise with the site team and remeasuring sub-contractor's work.

Salary & Package:
- Salary of 50,000 - 60,000 (FTC)
- Performance related bonus

Requirements:
- Experience working on housing developments
- Construction and/or Surveying qualification
- Experience administrating JCT contract
