Tenant Liaison Officer

Site Locations: Halifax, Brighouse, Nelson – across multiple estates
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 40 per week/ Mon to Fri
Hourly Rate: circa £13.00 per hour

Our client a leading building contractor is looking for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to work with residents on various Social Housing projects, assisting with any queries and helping to solve any problem that may arise.

This is a long term freelance position covering a large social housing insulation project dealing with cavity wall and loft ventilations. This position has a good possibility of future work at the end of the contract.

The ideal candidates will have a background in Social housing tenancy or have worked in a customer facing role within the social housing sector.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Set up, undertake and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
  • Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
  • Ensure a consistent approach to customer care is adopted,
  • Manage the Tenant’s Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
  • Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

CSCS Card preferred

Full UK driving licence - You will be traveling across different sites, sometimes up to 1hr’s drive

Basic understanding of construction in social housing

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills
