Job Title: Sales & Delivery Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Salary: 25,000

Sales & Delivery Administrator Opportunity
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Delivery Teams
  • Manage the ordering, importation, and delivery of special vehicles from Holland and other suppliers
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Sales & Delivery Administrator Duties
  • Support Internal Teams: Assist Senior Delivery Co-Ordinator, Delivery Co-Ordinators, and Area Sales Managers
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone/email, escalate when necessary
  • Supplier Liaison: Manage vehicle order processing, purchase orders, and tracking shipments
  • Work in Progress (WIP) Management: Investigate and complete jobs, meet departmental KPIs, escalate issues
  • Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including delivery schedules
  • Delivery Schedule Monitoring: Update and communicate changes to stakeholders
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records across systems (LIST, VPS, Super Office)
  • Stock Management: Support stock-checks for vehicles and equipment on-site
Sales & Delivery Administrator skills/experience required
  • Strong customer service, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements
  • Strong administrative background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
