Sales & Delivery Administrator Opportunity
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Delivery Teams
- Manage the ordering, importation, and delivery of special vehicles from Holland and other suppliers
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Support Internal Teams: Assist Senior Delivery Co-Ordinator, Delivery Co-Ordinators, and Area Sales Managers
- Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone/email, escalate when necessary
- Supplier Liaison: Manage vehicle order processing, purchase orders, and tracking shipments
- Work in Progress (WIP) Management: Investigate and complete jobs, meet departmental KPIs, escalate issues
- Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including delivery schedules
- Delivery Schedule Monitoring: Update and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records across systems (LIST, VPS, Super Office)
- Stock Management: Support stock-checks for vehicles and equipment on-site
- Strong customer service, organisation, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements
- Strong administrative background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
