Day-to-day of the role:- Work with children aged 8-19, helping them achieve their full potential through personalised educational plans and engaging activities.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to share expertise and strategies, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Participate in and facilitate a variety of educational and developmental activities, including outdoor adventures and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme.
- Experience working with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
- Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond for our pupils.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS on the update service.
