Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Promote independence and social inclusion.
- Support pupils in their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to foster a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs in a similar or transferable role.
- Confidence and a proactive approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
- Teach Team qualification is essential.
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
