Trainee Sales Engineer (Valves)

Are you from an engineering background, with experience with valves, looking to move off the tools and into a Sales Engineer position with full training provided, in a thriving business known for their fantastic development opportunities?
On offer is to join a leading valve manufacturer, supplying into key players within the oil and gas industry on a global scale. Since their establishment 40 years ago, they have grown steadily and built a great reputation for employee wellbeing and development, alongside their innovative products.
You will be responsible for the administration of contracts, liaising with sales engineers, customers and suppliers. You will also be responding to customer technical enquiries, working with the team to support customers' needs to the fullest.
This role would suit a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with any Valve knowledge, looking for a role in an exciting industry with scope for future training and progression.
The Role:
- Establish, develop and maintain business and customer relationships
- Review industry data and specifications
- Provide information and negotiate pricing
- Fully office based role
The Person:
- Mechanical Engineer or similar
- Looking to get into a sales based role
- Any knowledge of valves
