A Chef de Partie is required for this beautiful award-winning a la carte restaurant in the vibrant city of Brighton.
Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.
This renowned restaurant is popular with both locals and tourists visiting the city and offer modern British cuisine with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients.
You must have at least 1 year experience working as a Chef within an a la carte restaurant and without this experience, your application unfortunately cant be considered.
With an excellently equipped kitchen and working under a well-known award-winning Head Chef, you will continue to learn in a high level environment.

You will be a passionate and talented Chef ideally with experience in fresh food kitchens, and you will be hard working and have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained within the kitchen.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen
- Have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen, and should be experienced in running your own section
- Be an eager Chef de Partie who is looking to settle into a role where they can develop their culinary techniques and progress within the kitchen
