About the Role:
We are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive nursery team in Hove. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education to help support the development and well-being of young children in a nurturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the care and development of children in a safe, stimulating environment
- Assist in planning and delivering creative, educational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Help with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest times
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
