We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary a mental health service on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will be providing a specialist psychology service and play an integral role at the service.

Key responsibilities of the Clinical Psychologist:
  • Providing a systematic high-quality psychology service within the designated provision.
  • Working collaboratively with others to promote the wellbeing and best interests of the adults you support and the effectiveness of the service in achieving its aims and objectives, ensuring a high-quality service provision in line with best practice guidelines and internal policies and procedures
  • Undertaking all aspects of Clinical Psychology duties adhering to professional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Carrying out assessments; designing individualised plans and strategies; implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions; report writing, attending and facilitating multi-professional reviews
  • Providing advice, information and training to staff, other members of the Clinical Wellbeing and multi-disciplinary team(s), commissioners and other agencies.

Clinical Psychologist Requirements:
  • A qualified Clinical Psychologist.
  • Active HCPC registration.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
