Salary 60,000 plus bonus
We are pleased to once again be working with a Sussex based surveying firm who are experiencing a period of growth.
Having placed a small number of the team over the last few years, all who are still with the business and have progressed in terms of career goals and earnings, we know that this is a fantastic platform for Chartered Surveyors in the area.
The client is especially keen to introduce themselves to Chartered Surveyors who have experience of conducting commercial valuations and schedules of dilap's.
In return for your experience and knowledge they offer a competitive base salary expected to be in the region of 60,000 plus a bonus which works out to be 25% of any business generated once you have generated twice your salary. It has been mentioned that most of the team are generating in the region of 200,000 pa in fees, so you can expect a healthy return for your efforts.
