Quantity Surveyor required in Brighton and Hove area. Are you a Quantity Surveyor with considerable experience working for Main Contractors, living in or close to Brighton? Projects are both new build and refurbishment and range in value from 250k up to 5M, and are a mix of traditional and design and build contracts. Geographically all the projects are local, either in Brighton or a maximum of 30 mins travelling time.
Successful applicants will join the commercial team in their modern and purpose built offices. You will work with a team of Surveyors, Buyers and Estimators contributing to successful bids and excellent delivery of projects.
To be considered for the role you will:
- Be able to demonstrate stable employment with main contractors
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Live within 45 mins of Brighton & Hove
