About your new role:

  • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and legal notices to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organised property records while handling tenant-related updates and notices.
  • Advertise properties by creating listings, monitoring their progress and managing the letting process effectively.
  • Conduct Right to Rent checks and oversee deposit compliance to meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle utility payments, ensuring bills are paid on time and provide administrative support to the team for day-to-day operations.

About you:

  • Previous experience in property and administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
